Senior Staff Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Enterprise Security Engineer to lead and manage security in a hybrid IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of security controls across on-premises and cloud environments
• Act as a technical lead, providing mentorship and expert support to security engineers
• Oversee security management for both cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure, including vulnerability management and incident response support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering with a focus on enterprise security architecture
• Hands-on experience securing major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience managing security controls in traditional on-premises data centers
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or similar are highly desirable
