A company is looking for a Senior SBA Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex data entry, processing, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage advanced operational tasks and vendor inquiries, potentially leading a team in daily activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to resolve complex support issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with no experience in Support or Customer Service, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience
- Preferred experience with PCFS/SBA Loan Manager and E-tran platform
- Experience in loan booking and servicing
- General ledger balancing experience
- Experience in training, mentoring, and staff development
