Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual sales plans and quarterly gross sales projections
- Provide performance insights and track account-level performance against annual targets

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and trade planning within CPG
- Proven track record as a top-performing salesperson and leader
- Experience with planning for natural or premium products
- Strong partnership skills with finance, operations, and marketing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
