Senior Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards
• Monitor and review financial statements, track team performance, and assist in resolving issues
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members and assist with CPA audits and ad-hoc reporting

Required Qualifications

• HOA experience is required
• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities in property accounting
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus
