Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to enhance customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of research and design in a collaborative team environment
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience
• Advocate for user experience design and conceptualize new products and features based on user research

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in product design and team leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in User-Centered Design and familiarity with Lean Startup or Agile methodologies
• Strong leadership skills and ability to facilitate team alignment on product vision
• Deep experience in at least one design skill area: User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Service Design
