Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Operations and Launch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple product launches, ensuring alignment across various functions
• Manage internal and external communications related to product launches and coordinate issue responses
• Establish frameworks to measure launch performance and drive continuous improvement of launch operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex industries
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification
• Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
• Strong organizational skills to manage complexity and competing priorities
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
