Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer, Assessment and Personalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build assessments and personalization strategies for Science product lines
• Serve as the main point of contact with Assessment, Data Science, and Personalization teams
• Provide leadership and expertise in assessment authoring tools and improve processes related to assessment and personalization development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital content development, including assessments
• Understanding of assessment strategy, learning science, and mastery-based learning
• Experience with assessment authoring tools and content management systems
• Familiarity with human-centered design and user experience principles
