Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join their Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from contract execution to achievement of customer outcomes, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Provide operational consultative support to clients on data collection, design decisions, and overall solution architecture
• Identify and implement process improvements across systems while mentoring team members on project management practices

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience managing medium to large technology implementation projects
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience in client process optimization and change management
• Background in Software-as-a-Service project management and healthcare systems
• Experience leading complex healthcare system implementation projects
