A company is looking for a Senior HRIS & People Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
- Lead administration and optimization of the Paylocity HCM platform and manage employee processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or data analysis roles
- Expert proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
- Deep experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS
- Proficient understanding of ETL, API integration, and report automation
