Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Hardware Customer Quality Engineer to support customer quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate and lead meetings with customers related to quality metrics and issues
- Track and report customer quality metrics and coordinate customer audits
- Drive problem resolution by collaborating with internal teams and crafting presentations for customers
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, quality, or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience in an electronics customer quality role
- Experience interfacing with customers and understanding technical details of complaints
- Proficiency with 8D problem-solving tools/methods
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
