Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Lead to drive strategic planning and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage the company forecast budget model for revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Oversee day-to-day accounting workflows in collaboration with a third-party accounting firm
• Conduct financial analyses and create dashboards to track KPIs and performance for the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in business operations, investment banking, accounting, consulting, or private equity
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable narratives
• Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals and experience managing external accountants or auditors
• Deep analytical and modeling skills
• Proven project management skills in cross-functional environments
