Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or shared services leadership
- Proven success in leading BAU shared services and driving operational transformation
- Experience with hybrid right shoring or distributed delivery models
- Strong expertise in portfolio governance and resource planning
