Senior Director of DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of DevOps & Automation to lead its enterprise-wide strategy for continuous integration, delivery, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise DevOps and automation strategy
• Build and scale shared CI/CD and infrastructure automation platforms
• Improve developer productivity by streamlining build, test, and deployment workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in large-scale production environments
• Track record of delivering improvements in deployment frequency and developer productivity
• Experience partnering with security and compliance teams to meet enterprise standards
