Senior Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting and Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting guidance on accounting issues across the organization
• Oversee Financial Reporting processes, including preparation of SEC documents and technical accounting memos
• Lead the Revenue and Accounts Receivable teams, supporting operations and collaborating with product and technology teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; CPA preferred
• 15+ years of public company accounting experience, with public accounting experience a plus
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting requirements
• Experience in developing and leading high-performing accounting teams
• Proficiency in Google Suite and knowledge of NetSuite
