- Drive project delivery for large enterprise customers, managing go-live activities and post-launch support
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in digital or IT transformation projects
- Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise projects
- Tech-savvy and solution-oriented, comfortable with complexity
- Experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Telecom, or Utilities is a plus
- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
