Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing project plans to achieve project goals and objectives
• Leading cross-functional teams for successful implementation of project activities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of clinical project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Full Service Project Management experience required, with Early Phase preferred
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively
