Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to gather and manage business and technical requirements
- Create user stories, workflows, and documentation for business and system processes while collaborating with Quality Assurance
- Mentor peers in best practices and support innovation by recommending improvements to processes and technical practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis within a complex, highly regulated environment
- Proven ability to document requirements using structured methods and experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with process improvement and change management principles
