Key Responsibilities

• Support change management assessments for transformational initiatives in Data & Technology
• Lead the evaluation of strategic objectives and influence decision-making based on business trends and data analytics
• Engage with leadership and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical field
• Three years of related work experience in change management and strategy development
• Experience with transformational change management methodologies
• Advanced degrees may substitute for experience (e.g., a related master's degree equals two years of experience)
• Organizational change management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) is preferred
