Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer I, Tutoring (24 months fixed-term).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build AI-driven features that support education use cases
• Develop test datasets and evaluation criteria for the evaluation of AI outputs
• Measure, maintain, and improve AI output quality over time via experimentation with prompting, scaffolding, and implementation architectures

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI engineering or related field
• Strong background in developing and evaluating AI models
• Experience with collaborative product development in a team setting
• Knowledge of AI implementation architectures and techniques
• Familiarity with educational technology and its applications
