What's the Short Version?
The Sr Project Manager, Marketing leads world-class marketing initiatives in alignment with agreed-upon strategies and/or sales goals as lined out by the Integrated Marketing team. This role owns and drives project task lists, project plan/schedule development and management, status tracking and reporting, risk identification and mitigation, resource management, project communications and documentation, project meeting facilitation, and other key project execution responsibilities. This role contributes to the organization's project management best practices, standardizes processes and templates, and acts as a subject matter expert and advocate.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead and manage the delivery of strategic marketing projects within agreed parameters of time and cost.
- Oversee the projects' full life cycle from program/project initiation & definition, through requirements definition & vendor selection, planning and execution, and implementation & post implementation support.
- Work with the relevant business sponsors and strategic program managers to define and shape the project, ensuring that they are aligned with business strategies.
- Manage competing priorities and dependencies, acting as liaison with management and other program and project managers to ensure optimum usage of all resources.
- Collaborate with the development teams to ensure that the business requirements are properly defined, developed and deployed to the relevant business customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure schedules, time estimates, and detailed project plans are provided for all deliverables.
- Manage all project communication with key stakeholders in all relevant areas of the business, provide companywide communication of progress as required.
- Set objectives and provide direction, advice and motivation to assigned project delivery teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience with a focus on project management within marketing, ideally in the B2B space.
- Experienced project manager and multi-tasker able to meet deadlines and build stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with print and digital-based projects.
- Experience with Workfront, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator applications.
- Strong project management skills, with advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, fundamentals and PM tools.
- Extremely well organized with a proven history in managing multi-element projects within a fast-paced setting with rotating deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen ability to take excellent notes and or retain information.
- Outstanding communication skills- written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal.
- A positive and helpful attitude including strong customer service skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of marketing, creative, and production terms and process, including print, digital and social visual best practices, project flows and current trends.
- Ability to accept criticism and perform with professionalism and accuracy under pressure.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, verbally and in writing.
- Assertive interpersonal and problem-solving skills that build consensus and resolve issues.
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $100,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
