Position Summary:

The Warehouse Outbound Coordinator will primarily oversee trucking operations across the U.S., handling shipments picked up from GA warehouses.

Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound plan through W/H accurately.
- Monitor booking/loading/in transit status for outbound shipments.
- Book cargo to carrier and set up appointment.
- Receive cargo release and plan cargo delivery.
- Receive shipping documents and review they are accurate.
- Take care of transportation from warehouse to consignee.
- Monitor cargo from pickup to delivery to ensure on time and accurate delivery.
- Troubleshoot all issues from booking to cargo delivery in a timely manner.
- Check contracted or spot rates with carrier and negotiate.
- Offer spot rate to customer and get confirmation.
- Daily liaison with customer, carriers, internal staff.
- Maintain essential account documentation with up-to-date information and ensuring that it is collated and stored so as to be readily accessible.
- Increase customer satisfaction and business share through regular contact (i.e., phone, email).
- Provide satisfactory service to customer in day-to-day logistics operations.
- Follow SOP/Work Instructions and ensure operational best practice in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP compliance.
- Recommend changes in current processes when needed.
- Reporting as needed (service failure report, claim/damage report, others).
- Accurate data entry into in-house system (Cello) and other systems as needed.
- Handle settlement for AR/AP through in-house system (Cello).
- Manage additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Experience: 1 ~ 3 + years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS) preferred
- Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation.
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
