Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data accuracy within Salesforce.com for opportunity management and pipeline integrity
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and support decision-making
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements for productivity
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role with a deep understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and ability to build and maintain reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
- Advanced skills in Excel and comfort working with large data sets
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of driving initiatives to completion
