Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full incentive compensation cycle, including data validation and payment processing
- Develop and implement audit frameworks to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain documentation of compensation plans and processes for audit readiness
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation processes
- 3+ years of experience with sales compensation platforms
- Experience supporting compensation for a team of 50+ sellers
- Strong understanding of sales incentive structures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
