We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to promote and drive admissions for paramedical and hospitality degree courses. This is a commission-based role, offering excellent earning potential for individuals with strong marketing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential students.
- Identify and engage with prospective students through digital and offline channels.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and career counselors to generate leads.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via social media, email, and other platforms.
- Provide detailed information about the programs, eligibility, and admission process.
- Track and report on lead conversions and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of paramedical and hospitality education is a plus.
