Risk Training and Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Risk Training and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day performance of the QA team, providing coaching and feedback
• Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance team effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training and QA programs with evolving requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in L&D and/or QA within operational risk functions
• Experience managing or mentoring QA teams with a data-driven approach
• Knowledge of risk frameworks such as FDCPA, TCPA, and KYC/KYB is preferred
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills based on adult learning principles
• Ability to analyze QA data and develop actionable performance strategies
