Revenue Cycle Management Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system revenue integrity and contracting teams to enhance net patient revenue realization
• Ensure compliance with payer rules and maintain the charge description master (CDM)
• Manage payer contracting team and support internal auditing for compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Six years of applicable revenue cycle management experience
• Experience with charge master management in a medium or large health system
• Familiarity with patient accounting and billing systems, preferably EPIC
• Experience in payer contracting terminology and contract negotiation preferred
