Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Representative responsible for assisting members with Government health program applications and improving membership retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries and the completion of Government health program applications to enhance retention
- Build and maintain relationships with members, providing guidance during the recertification process
- Document and track actions taken during the recertification process to ensure accurate member account information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Previous customer service experience
- One to two years of related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
- Proficiency in one or more languages other than English is a plus
