A company is looking for a Retention and Lifecycle Manager to join their Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage email/SMS campaign calendars, developing segmentation and A/B testing strategies
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all communications are polished and on-brand
- Analyze channel performance and implement optimizations based on data insights
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email and SMS retention marketing for DTC or subscription brands
- Experience with managing automation and campaign programs in Klaviyo and PostScript or similar platforms
- Proven track record of building strategic email and SMS campaign calendars that boost conversion rates
- Hands-on experience reporting on KPIs related to retention channels
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations
