A company is looking for a Remote Service Desk Manager with an active Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all requests, incidents, and problems while managing urgent support issues
- Train and coach Level 1 service desk specialists and oversee staff activities
- Develop strategies for improvement and monitor customer satisfaction feedback
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow and Remedy
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- 4-9 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment
- Help Desk Institute (HDI) or Service Desk Institute (HSi) certification
- ITIL certification and an active Secret clearance
