Job Summary
															A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
 
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and provide detailed appointment confirmations
 
- Participate in training and staff meetings, and assist in the orientation of new personnel as needed
 
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
 
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
 
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
 
- Experience using multiple communication tools effectively
 
- Ability to document work professionally and efficiently
