Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales in the Mega Market segment for Retirement Plan Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and sell to retirement plan prospects in the Mega Market segment ($1Billion+)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key plan sponsors, advisors, and benefit consultants
- Manage the sales process and sales opportunity pipeline while collaborating with internal business partners
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity and resilience
- Sales focus with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
- Experience in Mega market retirement plans and familiarity with advisors and benefit consultants
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM and possesses Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; postgraduate and/or certification is a plus
