Trust and Safety Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce processes related to the Acceptable Use Policy, addressing various forms of cloud abuse
• Conduct hands-on evaluations of cloud abuse, communicate with submitters, and assist customers in maintaining focus
• Analyze network traffic for compromised systems and trends in abuse, advocating for product changes to mitigate future occurrences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Trust and Safety, Abuse Operations, or Cloud Security
• Subject matter expertise in cloud hosting attacks and abuse
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line interface
• Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation to tackle complex security tasks
• Experience with threat intelligence collection and investigation-based hunting is a plus
