A company is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to enhance user experience by resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical issue triage and collaborate with engineers to resolve urgent tickets
- Write actionable bug reports to expedite engineering resolution for member-reported issues
- Test pre-release features and escalate any launch-blocking problems
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a technical support or product specialist role, preferably with MacOS experience
- Strong understanding of software development processes; coding/scripting experience is a plus
- Proven ability to triage and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering and support teams
- Experience analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles
