Technical Lead - AEM Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead in AEM and Backend Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for key clients, leading discussions and translating business requirements into technology solutions
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to timelines
• Guide backend architecture decisions and implement development processes to optimize productivity and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams
• Hands-on expertise with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms
