Team Lead Mechanical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Mechanical Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of 12 coaches, including conducting 1:1s and delivering coaching and mentorship
• Monitor performance metrics and coach engagement through dashboards and KPIs
• Facilitate daily team operations, communication, and member support initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in coaching, training, or development, preferably in automotive or small business sectors
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
• Able to travel for HQ visits, industry events, and annual conferences
• Experience in the automotive repair/service industry is preferred
