Key Responsibilities
- Support validation of talents for key talent pipelines and strategic initiatives
- Design and implement strategic talent experience programs and support talent development
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate business impact and prepare employees for future roles
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development, or related fields
- BA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus
- Advanced fluency in English
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
