System Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Engineer Lead (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Infrastructure Systems Administrators team for project and change management
• Design and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements
• Develop disaster recovery strategies and manage datacenter operations and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or HS Diploma with 4 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Lead or similar management position
• 4 years' experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange, and enterprise-level directory services
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a subject matter expert in Exchange and Active Directory
• Experience supporting 24x7 on-call enterprise class data center environments
