Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue by attracting top producing financial advisors to join the platform
- Engage with prospective financial advisors to build relationships and tailor the sales process to their needs
- Conduct the recruiting process to showcase the platform's capabilities and customize pricing/compensation contracts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience in quota-carrying roles
- 2+ years of experience at a high growth tech startup
- Experience with deal sizes of $200k to $1M ARR
- Experience selling to senior executives and owners
- Experience working with deal cycles ranging between 1-12 months
