Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive research activities to capture user voice and behavior for design and product development
• Develop research artifacts such as discussion guides, journey maps, and insights reports
• Document and present strategic recommendations based on research findings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user research with product and design teams
• 3+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative research techniques
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare or regulated industries
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or Design
• Strong business acumen and project management skills
