Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Field Sales Managers, including managing logistics for meetings and travel
- Compose, modify, and proofread various documents and manage project tasks
- Monitor department supplies, manage budgets, and support onboarding processes for team members
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Lucidchart
- Ability to learn multiple software programs and experience with reporting automation tools is a plus
- Proactive approach with strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities
