Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to design and execute test scripts for Salesforce CRM and/or NetSuite ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute distinct phases of testing to ensure systems meet business requirements
• Develop test scripts and a requirement traceability matrix to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scope and conduct risk analysis throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Certification is essential; NetSuite Certification is highly advantageous
• Minimum of 7-10 years in Software Testing and relevant Quality Assurance technical experience
• 4-5 years of experience testing Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP solutions
• Strong experience in developing test scenarios and test scripts using industry-standard design techniques
