Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant or Senior Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis efforts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Coordinate with teams to ensure effective stakeholder management and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
- Understanding of OCM theories and models, such as Prosci and Kotter's 8-Step Model
- Experience in stakeholder feedback collection and analysis
- Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
- Knowledge of stakeholder needs and organizational dynamics
