Senior Manager of GTM Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to lead and scale critical business operations and go-to-market systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a cross-functional GTM Systems roadmap to support business growth and operational scalability
• Manage a team of systems administrators and technology professionals while collaborating with internal teams for system enhancements
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable solutions and establish strong partnerships across various departments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of expertise in enterprise application architecture, including Salesforce and integrated tools
• 5+ years of experience managing GTM systems and/or enterprise applications teams
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, and deep understanding of CPQ
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and automation platforms
