A company is looking for a Senior Director of Client Success Management (Managed Services).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Client Success function, ensuring high-impact client experiences and maximizing retention and expansion
- Define and execute Client Success strategy, mentoring a high-performing team and establishing success metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client outcomes and support pre-sales efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Management, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 7+ years of management experience with people responsibilities
- 10+ years in Service Delivery or Project Management in a multi-customer environment
- ITIL v4 Foundations certification preferred, with experience in ITIL processes
- Understanding of project management principles; PMP certification preferred
