Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Trainer to develop and implement training programs for sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials tailored to sales teams' needs
- Onboard new sales team members and facilitate ongoing training sessions
- Monitor and assess the performance of sales representatives to improve training effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales with a solid understanding of sales processes
- Previous experience in a sales training, enablement, or coaching role is preferred
