Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Flow Manager to oversee the Quote-to-Cash and Order Management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote Quote-to-Cash and Order Management team, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Lead Salesforce implementation and process transformation efforts across Q2C and Order workflows
• Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, or Sales Operations
• 2+ years of experience managing global or remote teams, including BPO oversight
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
