Requester Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Requester Services Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound inquiries regarding release of information requests for patient medical records
• Provide status updates and issue resolution for medical record requests
• Maintain relationships with clients and requestors while processing correspondence related to ROI fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; higher education preferred
• Ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking
• Computer knowledge and accurate data entry skills
• Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in high volume production environments
