Job Summary
A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during the Start Smart coaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize consultative methods to effect change in key areas
- Conduct weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions to confirm and measure implemented changes
- Update CRM with necessary notes and changes while promoting additional products
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
- 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred
- Ability to present training material engagingly
- Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
- Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively
