Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-time Regional Initiatives Coordinator for the Western Great Lakes Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for regional staff
- Assist in developing and implementing regional initiatives and fundraising strategies
- Maintain communication and relationships within the region to foster community and ministry growth
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Completion of Core Training Phase One
- Proven spiritual leadership and ability to develop diverse staff and ministries
- Strong relational skills with both youth and adults
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
