Job Title: Provider Recruitment Specialist- East Tennessee Number of Positions: 2 Location: Knoxville, TN Location Specifics: Hybrid Position Job Summary: Must be located in the Metropolitan Knoxville area. Position Description: Responsible for network development and management to ensure that there is a statewide network of dentists adequate to provide services at service locations and service sites available and accessible for Child and Adult DBM programs in accordance with the terms and conditions for access and availability outlined in the contract. Primary Responsibilities: Recruits and retains dentists in TennCare networks and logs all points of contact in SalesForce. Coordinates with other areas of Renaissance’s organization that may impact provider recruitment, retention and termination Visits at least 100 dental office locations annually to ensure understanding of the company’s programs and procedures to resolve claims processing problems. Works with network analytics teams to analyze data and system reports to support recruitment efforts and determine recruitment needs. Represents the company by attending regional and national dental meetings, trade shows, student clinics at universities, and community functions to foster relationships with the dental community. Assists in the development of and conducts presentations such as dental office seminars to the regional dental communities and creates and conducts presentations for dental schools’ community colleges, local dental society meetings, and board meetings. Keeps abreast of all company products to communicate changes and new product development to the dental communities and helps promote new programs to increase the level of participation and to benefit existing participating dentists. Reviews Provider Performance Reports (PPRs) with providers and conducts in-person PCDH trainings and coaching regarding workflow best practices, and the importance of routine utilization of both minimally invasive and preventive modalities. Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above. #LI-Hybrid Minimum Requirements: Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, communications, or dental hygiene and two years of experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting, and one year of experience in a dental office setting. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Position requires advanced knowledge of claims adjudication, dental terminology, dental procedures and dental insurance products; advanced presentation skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; experience working with word processing and spreadsheet software, ability to resolve complex problems and use independent judgment. Must be physically located within the state of Tennessee. Position requires 50-65% travel throughout the state of Tennessee, and nationally as necessary.
